The fastest way to reach us — and to get help from other students going through the same process — is through the community discussions on this site. Post your question or report under the relevant guide, and it will be seen by our readers and by us. Questions about records not found on the portal, board lists, document uploads and delivery delays are all welcome there.

Please use the on-site discussions instead of looking for an email address or phone number for this site. We don't run a phone helpline, and we never ask students to send documents, CNIC copies or B-Form copies to us. Your documents belong on the official IBCC portal only — never send copies of them to any guide website, including this one.

Who to contact for what

Your application or record: only the IBCC portal and your own education board can see or change your record. If your details are wrong or missing, contact your board first — the boards sent the lists to IBCC, and board and provincial complaint committees handle corrections and non-inclusion cases.

Delivery of your Chromebook: devices are couriered to selected students with the serial number linked to the student's name. If a delivery is late or an attempt failed, raise it through your board or the complaint committee for your province.

Something wrong on this site: if you spot a fact here that doesn't match the official portal or your board's notice, tell us in the discussions with the source you saw. We correct mistakes quickly, and a link to the official notice helps everyone.

Safety note: nobody from this site will ever message you asking for money, gift cards, or a "processing fee" for a Chromebook. The scheme is free. Treat any such message as a scam, whoever it claims to be from.
